NØRDIK Ventures was founded by Ben Schaal as a natural extension of nearly two decades of hands-on work through Iver Design.
That work evolved beyond brand design into deeper advisory partnerships—helping owners and executives clarify direction, navigate growth, and make key decisions.
The name NØRDIK draws from the spirit of exploration while remaining rooted in relationships, thoughtful design, and enduring quality.
